Industrial Surplus store(s) are(is) solely a website where we sell our inventory of surplus equipment generated from various power plants, nuclear plants, manufacturing facilities. We make no representation of the warranties for the products hosted on its website. However – we do check our products and you will not have a dysfunctional product on delivery. The manufacturer’s warranty will only be applicable on the products that come with it from the product manufacturer.

Industrial Surplus Inc – Stores disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitors to the website or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
